Today we made gingerbread cookies! It was actually a two-part process. Yesterday we made the dough - which Ford wasn't too crazy about. I don't know if he didn't like the sound of the mixer or what, but he didn't even want to dump things into the bowl! But today, we did the rolling and cutting out - we made stars, trees, gingerbread men (ask Eric about that) and women, snowmen, etc. Ford enjoyed this part much better and cut out a bunch of cookies - I think he liked banging the cookie cutters into the dough!
