Today Ford helped me make some beef jerky. He used the shaker to put on the mixture of seasoning. He also helped put the meat in the plastic bag and got it into the refrigerator to cure overnight. Hopefully we can cook it tomorrow - I can't wait to eat it! I love making our own jerky!
