Music in the Park

In the summer, our city hosts a weekly "Music in the Park" which is free and open to the public. It is held in a teeny downtown park within walking distance of Mainstreet and the local businesses. We went to these when I was growing up and they were lots of fun! I took Landry & Ford to the second one of the season, Jazz on the Prairie. It was a beautiful evening and we spent a little over an hour listening to the band and hanging out in the grass. Landry fell asleep for a little bit (it was past her bedtime) and Ford spent his time dancing and rolling down the hill that we sat on.
