Ford completed his early childhood screening with flying colors! In the state of MN, this screening is required for entrance to kindergarten. It's usually completed between the ages of 3 to 4 and the purpose is to identify any health or learning concerns at an early age so that kids can get help before kindergarten if they need it! At the screening, Ford had his hearing and vision checked as well as his height (41 3/4 inches, 75%) and weight (40lbs, 85%). The screener also took Ford through a bunch of different exercises from writing his name, to identifying shapes and colors, to standing on one foot! He really did great and listened and followed all the directions of the screener. It seems like he has been learning a lot at preschool!
