I took the kiddos to Phoenix for a quick trip to visit their Great Grandma Cory! The flying was not too rough as both ways I was able to get an extra seat for Landry and bring her car seat on the plane. We did have to sit on the plane for about an hour before we left Minneapolis due to a thunderstorm, so that was kind of a bummer. The kids really did well though, we didn't check any bags, so I carried the car seats and pushed the stroller, while Ford lugged our our 22 inch rollie bag. I think people in security thought I was NUTSO flying with them alone, but seriously, I can't be the first mom to do this. On our return trip, a guy in the gate waiting area gave me a free drink ticket. He was like, you're going to need this. I should've asked to trade for his first class seat!
